Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that many of our products are 3D printed to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Generally, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is in its original, unused condition. Please contact us before returning any 3D printed parts to discuss fitment or technical issues.

Damages

Flat4x4 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
